As a Kitchen Supervisor / Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling procedures.

Skills




Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or food service setting.
Solid knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including grills, ovens, fryers, and knives.
Understanding of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
