Duties

Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable terms

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profit margins to maintain financial health
Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members




Ensure adherence to all relevant financial policies and procedures
Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications
Proven experience in financial services in a manufacturing environment ONLY
10 years of experience
CPA
Strong background in negotiation, sales support, and customer service excellence
Exceptional mathematical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus

Pay: $95,000.00-$113,939.95 per year
