As a Line Cook, you will prepare, cook, and plat diverse dishes while keeping kitchen areas clean and safe. Key skills include previous cooking experience and the ability to thrive in a busy setting. This role also emphasizes teamwork and communication within a agile culinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Cut and prepare vegetables, meats, and fish
Cook diverse food items following set recipes
Ensure a clean and organized kitchen space
Assist Sous Chef with inventory and stock maintenance
Communicate effectively with kitchen team

Requirements:
Must have prior cooking experience
Completion of a culinary program is an asset
Energetic and self-motivated approach
Able to work in high-altitude conditions
Consent to a criminal record check
