Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the Contracts & Procurement function. This full time position requires collaboration with senior leaders to develop effective procurement practices, manage contracts, and support Indigenous business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement function and develop supporting policies
Manage sourcing, contracts negotiation,



and execution
Administer major contracts throughout their lifecycle
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for project alignment
Promote Indigenous procurement opportunities and commitments

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Minimum 12 years of experience in procurement
Robust knowledge of contract law and negotiations
Proven experience in large capital projects
Willingness to travel across Saskatchewan
