to support our

Power of Attorney (POA)

team in Mississauga. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in assisting clients by reviewing legal and financial documents, ensuring compliance with provincial legislation and company policies. Your attention to detail and decision-making skills will be vital as you work to meet strict service level agreements while supporting clients with their financial needs. This position promises valuable professional connections, potential for extension or conversion, and the chance to work with a leading financial services provider. Required Skills:

Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) 2-4 years of banking experience, ideally with client interaction and product knowledge Experience working in SLA-based roles Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) Comfortable using AI technology Strong communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Nice-to-Have Skills:
