You will be responsible for maintaining network efficiency and providing in office technical support, interfacing directly with both military and civilian personnel to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain government networks and VTC system functionality
Manage user accounts with tools such as Active Directory
Maintain and troubleshoot Video Teleconferencing systems
Ensure effective management of network infrastructure
Provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT troubleshooting Requirements:
Active TS/SCI Clearance is a must
IAT-Level II Certification required
