Technical experience in civil engineering, ideally in B2B
Solid interest in business development and client relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in French and English
Willingness to travel frequently across Canada THE ROLE
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Identify new business opportunities across Canada
Understand clients’ technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Act as a technical resource while contributing to business growth
Participate in major civil engineering projects
