Job Title:Counterbalance Forklift Operator
Location:Vaughan, ON
Shift/Hours:Monday to Friday

Straight Shifts: 5 am - closing (Morning shift)

5 pm - 1:30 am (Afternoon shift)

12 am - 8:30 am (Night shift)

Pay Rate:$20.00 /hour for mornings/afternoon shifts. $21.57 for nights

We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry, located in the Vaughan (Highway 50) area.

This position offers an chance to join a quick-paced cross-dock operation where the successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, moving freight safely and efficiently, and supporting general warehouse activities. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals who thrive in a team-oriented setting and are committed to maintaining operational excellence.

Job Duties:
Safety operates Counterbalance at a steady pace
Load,



offload trailers and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse
Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume (Length × Width × Height)
Assist within the warehouse as required

Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year counterbalance experience
Cross dock experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of WMS
Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation as the company is not on a bus route
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
