We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate who wants to build pipeline, close deals, and grow with a quick-moving AI company.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The Associate will identify new business opportunities through lead generation, conduct market research to analyze trends, and develop strategies to expand business partnerships. Responsibilities include crafting compelling presentations, delivering them to potential clients, and fostering solid communication to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospect and identify companies that could benefit from AI and automation

• Reach out through cold calls, LinkedIn, email,



and outbound messaging
Start conversations with business owners and decision makers
Qualify leads and uncover operational pain points
Run discovery calls and demonstrate Trilix AI solutions
Present proposals and guide prospects through the buying process
Close new business and help clients get started with Trilix AI

What we're looking for
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence speaking with founders, operators, and executives
Ability to handle objections and move deals forward
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
High energy and competitive mindset

Experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting is preferred but not required.

We care more about drive, confidence, and ability to sell.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential .

Top performers can generate significant income by closing recent clients and building strong relationships.

Commission structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
