Supervise and train our truck drivers as an In office Truck Driver Supervisor. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and effective project management.

We are in search of a Truck Driver Supervisor who has 1 to 2 years of experience. Your leadership will ensure that health and safety regulations are observed while coordinating daily activities and projects. Training and mentoring team members will be essential to drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of truck drivers
• Arrange and provide training for current and existing staff
• Coordinate and schedule operational tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations
• Make recommendations for staffing and personnel actions

Requirements:
• Must possess secondary (high) school certificate
• At least 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Must work on-site with no remote work option
• Understanding of health and safety protocols
