Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will oversee the finance function and provide leadership across reporting, planning, controls, audit, and broader finance operations.

The role requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, while supporting business priorities in a fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function across reporting, planning, controls, and audit execution Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial reporting for senior leadership and other key stakeholders Direct the annual budget process, forecasting cycles, and financial planning.

Maintain a strong financial control setting and support sound governance Lead year-end financial statement preparation and manage external audit activity Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury-related responsibilities Provide oversight for tax filings and related compliance requirements Review contracts and provide financial oversight related to vendors, procurement, and commercial commitments Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team while driving accountability and solid performance
