A high energy, creative professional with strong attention to detail, integrity and trust is desired. The role includes performing general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and expense reporting, among other core responsibilities.RolePerform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations including scheduling and set-up of meetings, coordinating and booking travel, managing expenses in a timely manner, and overall calendar managementEnsure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and eventsWork as a team with other Executive Assistants Globally within Mastercard to ensure alignment and operational coverage, serving as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside of the company – including our valued partnersMay research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicableEnsure operational efficiencies and coordination across the groupsAll About YouExecutive administrative experience in a global corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level managementKeen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and proactive mindsetExcellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, to work collaboratively across functions,
