Candidate Profile
Solid experience in managing technical projects (10+ years)
Demonstrated skills to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
Previous experience in materials and substances management or regulation would be an asset
Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities:
Lead the traceability and substance compliance management pillar within the Programme Centrale organization, whose missions are:
Assess the technical impact of new regulations




Coordinate the collection and organization of associated data from suppliers
Assess the impact on the Health, Safety, and Environment team and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures
Structure and pilot the activity in "project" mode (Costs/Schedule/Quality)
Lead a multi-trade "project" team of 5 to 10 people
Ensure synchronization and coordination of the company's activities with those of the group in Europe.
