Responsibilities include fostering community through resident service, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and supporting property maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly resident interactions and service requests
• Organize and promote community events and activities

• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep
