This dynamic role requires overseeing facility operations, collaborating with various teams, and enhancing the rentals program. You will serve as a point of contact for event management, working under the Facilities Manager and alongside the Operations Manager to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support major events as planned
• Attend events for desired outcomes
• Collaborate with Building Attendants on logistics




• Direct inquiries from new or existing renters
• Maintain operational knowledge of Rundle’s facilities

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Minimum two years of related experience
• Solid communication and personal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Google applications and automation systems
