Key Activities Under the supervision of the 1 Elgin, Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for completing all set-up duties on time and assisting your assigned server with a variety of duties.
Skill Requirements High school diploma; Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar fine dining position; Physical work will be required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis; Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 100lbs; Must be able to stand & exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours; Flexibility to work within an irregular schedule; Solid customer service skills; Ability to work efficiently under pressure; Fluency in both official languages is required; A past record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality is a requirement. Regular attendance at work is an expectation of employment and an essential part of every job.
