Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Amazon Connect Engineer-6 Role: Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Amazon Connect EngineerEmployment: Full TimeLocation: Toronto, ONWork Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 Days/Week Job Description We are seeking a Full Time Technology Solutions Lead / Senior Amazon Connect Engineer with robust hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Amazon Connect contact center solutions Key Responsibilities Design and implement Amazon Connect Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, IVR, and call routing solutions Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch Develop chatbot and voice bot solutions using Amazon Lex Design and support enterprise-scale contact center infrastructure Troubleshoot call routing issues, call failures, and performance bottlenecks Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, Zendesk,



and other CRM platforms Support telephony and voice technologies including SIP, VoIP, CTI, and IVR Provide technical leadership for contact center architecture and solutions Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience Strong expertise in Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Queues, IVR, and call routing Experience with CRM integrations Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony technologies Experience with enterprise contact center environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Cisco UCCE/CVP experience preferred Knowledge of Routing, Switching, MPLS, SIP, and VoIP #J-18808-Ljbffr
