What Your Days Will Look Like

Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers

Support travellers with special needs, including mobility, hearing, or visual assistance

Guide passengers through the screening process when needed

Clearly explain screening procedures and available options

Assist passengers with personal belongings, medical devices, and sensitive items





Provide communication tools adapted to visually impaired passengers

Collaborate closely with screening officers and airport stakeholders

Proactively identify passengers who may require additional support

Stay informed on accessibility initiatives, including the Sunflower Lanyard program

What We're Looking For

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

1 to 3 years of customer service experience

Strong empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills

Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively serve an international clientele

Ability to adapt to different customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Ability to assist passengers with reduced mobility

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to work on-site at YUL in Montreal
