About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Project Coordinator to support their installation and maintenance operations in Kimberley . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of installation projects by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and facilitating communication between technical teams, clients, and management. You will play a key part in project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently to meet project deadlines and client expectations. This position requires strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of project lifecycles within the Installation & Maintenance field. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule installation activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation. Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, reporting any deviations or potential issues. Facilitate communication between installation teams, clients, and internal departments. Manage project documentation, including service agreements, installation reports, and client feedback. Assist in preparing project plans, timelines,



and resource requirements. Liaise with suppliers for necessary equipment and materials procurement. Requirements

Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role, preferably within Installation & Maintenance . Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications. Ability to understand technical processes related to installation and maintenance. Must be based in or able to commute easily to Kimberley and possess a valid driver's license. Benefits
