As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the dietitian is responsible for providing a range of services, including individual counselling as well as nutrition and health promotion groups for clients. The dietitian will serve clients across the life span and should have a robust understanding of health equity as well as experience in working with diverse populations, including low-income communities and people living with chronic health and/or mental health issues. The dietitian will collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to provide community-based nutrition programs.
