Job Description Trading Manager - Windsor, ON ADM Oilseeds Processing Full time, exempt position About The Position Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is an intermediate level positionwhich is part of the merchandising team for the location. The position, actingas part of the team, will be accountable for trading activities with the crushasset - buying soybeans, canola seed, selling soymeal, soy hulls and canolameal. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationshipswith accounts, including the handling of logistics, accounting, and othercustomer related issues. As an intermediate member of the merchandising team,this position requires a higher level of strategic thinking as they will be leadon our trading strategies for both product lines (soy and canola crush). This is a pivotal role within the Windsor office and, as such, requires acandidate with solid trading acumen,



excellent interpersonal and leadershipskills and an appetite to learn.
