and secure transmission of test and live billing information while maintaining adequate inventory of envelopes and back-of-bill materials. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring property tax bills are completed and issued in compliance with the Municipal Act for both mailed and electronic (eBilling) delivery methods. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring mailing and printing costs are accurate and comply with established vendor contracts. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and preparing financial information required for the annual Financial Information Return (F.I.R.), financial statements, and various Council reports through accurate data collection and analysis. The candidate will be responsible for performing monthly reconciliations of property tax payments and ensuring Taxes Receivable balances in the General Ledger match the Vailtech sub-ledger. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate annual year-end closing of Vailtech and completing all required year-end General Ledger entries.
