As a Team Lead and member of our collaborative leadership team, you will help shape the culture and operational excellence of the CPE program. Mentor & Coach: Conduct shadow visits, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate quarterly evaluations to ensure your team is utilizing best-in-class, evidence-based, inclusive practices. Collaborate & Influence: Meet monthly with senior leadership to guide agency policies, set actionable goals, and define departmental priorities. Cultivate Community: Create agendas and lead monthly Departmental meetings and Collabs; lead or support career development and training sessions for staff and Educational Assistants (EAs). Operational Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations for your department, including onboarding new team members, approving timesheets/leave requests, and managing the discipline's annual material and assessment budget.
