VHA Home HealthCare in Ontario is seeking a Care Team Clinical Lead to lead in-home client care, conduct initial visits, and develop care plans. This role includes supervising PSWs, ensuring safety and quality, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
This permanent full time CTCL position requires RN/RPN registration, solid clinical skills, and experience with GoldCare; base salary is CAD 53,000 to 66,000 depending on experience, plus perks.
