We are seeking an experienced

Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead

with 10+ years of hands-on experience in

IBM Maximo development, automation scripting, reporting, customization, and integration . The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to Maximo development teams and play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Maximo solutions. Strong experience with

Maximo Application Suite (MAS), Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP), integrations, automation scripts, and reporting

is required. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, and implement

Maximo automation scripts, configurations, customizations, and reports . Design and develop integration solutions between Maximo and enterprise applications. Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure Maximo applications meet performance, quality, scalability, and reliability standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Maximo environments. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and coding standards. Support testing, deployment, upgrades, and production implementation activities. Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and development priorities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guides. Stay current with Maximo, MAS, integration, and enterprise technology best practices.



Foster a collaborative development environment and provide technical mentorship to team members. Required Technical Skills

10+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo development experience. Robust expertise in

Maximo Technical Development . Extensive experience with

Maximo configuration, customization, automation scripting, and integration . Strong experience designing and delivering

Maximo integration solutions . Good understanding of

Maximo Application Suite (MAS)

architecture. Experience with

Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) . Experience with Maximo reporting technologies including

BIRT and Cognos . Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns and approaches. Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and supporting Maximo applications in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices. Experience with

Agile development methodologies

is an asset. Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven experience leading and mentoring technical development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. Strong ownership of technical deliverables and production support. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Education

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

preferred.
