Position Objective: Win O&M; service contracts and support project sales by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M;) service solutions.
Job Responsibilities 1. Design, maintain, and update the company's O&M; service offerings;
Acquire and accurately understand client requirements;
Review and provide feedback on project RFPs;
Develop tailored O&M; solutions for specific projects;
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies;
Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation;
Participate in client interactions to promote the company's O&M; services;
Support and/or participate in contract negotiations;
Recommend O&M; service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality;
Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements 1. Relevant experience in the wind power industry;
Proficient and fluent in English
Solid ability to perform under pressure;
Open-minded, able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;
Preferred/Additional Qualifications: International experience; educational background in engineering; knowledge in business, finance, or law.
