based at 80 Waterloo Ave. Guelph and Langs Community Health Centre 1145 Concession Rd. Cambridge.This role will coordinate early identification, diagnostic and intervention services for individuals experiencing a first episode psychosis. This role will ensure the development and implementation of comprehensive individualized treatment plans that mitigate the effects of a first psychotic episode. This position includes responsibilities related to providing expertise in psychiatric nursing to clients with early psychosis in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Assertive outreach is part of this nursing role. Collaboration with other disciplines of the 1 st Step Team, community service partners, administering injections, managing medications and care planning with the team are an integral part of this role. This role may involve travel to other agency sites across Waterloo/Wellington to provide comprehensive nursing support to other programs/services when needed. This role will be accountable to the First Step clients and team and report to the Manager,
