As part of the Security team, you will engage guests and enforce safety protocols effectively. You will check IDs, monitor behavior, and de-escalate conflicts, playing a crucial role in guest satisfaction and safety. Your ability to handle energetic situations will enable guests to fully enjoy their time at our popular venue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor guest entry and check provided IDs
• Enforce AGLC and safety guidelines rigorously
• Ensure guest and staff safety throughout events
• De-escalate conflicts as needed to maintain harmony
• Provide attentive duty of care in a bustling environment
Requirements:
• Background in nightclub or hospitality role preferred
• Required certifications: Proserve, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR
• Strong communication and people skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate events
• Team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
