Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Manage client prequalification sites
Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI’s, EOI’s and RFP’s
Responsible for understanding purchasing procedures and requirements in order to support and assist as needed

Data entry
Schedule employee orientations and safety training
Assist management as required
Inventory tracking and reporting
Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, etc
Candidates Must Have
Minimum of 2 year experience in office administration role
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Forms
