House of Hope is seeking a Community Reintegration Worker to support clients as they reintegrate into the community. The role involves frontline advocacy, counselling, crisis intervention and coordinating referrals to external resources.
The CRW works under supervision, maintains client records, manages a caseload and writes monthly progress summaries while contributing to agency projects and promoting a positive image in the community.
