Salary: CA$50,000.00 - CA$65,000 per year

This is a fully remote position.

We are a boutique Canadian Immigration Law Firm located in downtown Toronto.

We're looking for an Immigration Case Manager with at least 5 years experience. You must have a deep & well-rounded knowledge of immigration and be able to build applications from start to finish.

Your primary role will be helping our team of Immigration Lawyers prepare applications. You must be able to perform the following:
Complete government forms, draft submission letters, review client documents, and follow up promptly for any missing documents or details.
Stay updated with government requirements and procedures to make sure the correct forms, documents, and processes are being used.
Track and meet all key deadlines, including document expiry dates and other key dates.




Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
Robust oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Solid computer/tech skills (ie. Outlook, Slack, Adobe PDF, Google Drive, etc.)

Visitor Visas
Study Permit
Work Permits
Family Sponsorship
Express Entry
Provincial Nominee Programs
H&C;

Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience working in immigration law firms
RCIC License (asset, not required)
