We are looking for a

Senior Product Manager

to lead product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle, from product vision and requirements through delivery and launch. Key Requirements: Product Lifecycle Management:

Lead product planning and execution, including product vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, and launch activities. Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with organizational strategy, business goals, and customer needs. Requirements Management:

Gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate

customer and business requirements

into detailed product requirements and actionable deliverables. Product Roadmap & Prioritization:

Scope and prioritize initiatives based on

business impact, customer value, product goals, and available resources . Customer Experience:

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and drive improvements to customer experience. Technical & Engineering Collaboration:

Work closely with

engineering/technical teams

to translate product strategy into requirements, prototypes,



and deliverable solutions while supporting timely delivery. Product Documentation:

Hands-on experience developing

MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents)

with prioritized features and supporting justification. Stakeholder & Partner Management:

Build buy-in for product vision across internal stakeholders, executives, external partners, and third parties; experience assessing

partnership and licensing opportunities

is valuable. Product Launch & Market Activities:

Lead product launches and support promotional, positioning, pricing, beta, and pilot initiatives while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy. Leadership & Delivery:

Robust

project management, communication, documentation, decision-making, and prioritization skills , with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships.

Public sector experience is an asset.
