YMCA BC is seeking an experienced tutor to support a Grade 1 student with autism spectrum disorder through structured, evidence-based literacy instruction. The role requires Orton-Gillingham certification and comfort traveling to the Tri-Cities area for in-home sessions. The tutor will deliver sequential, multisensory reading and spelling instruction, track progress, and maintain explicit communication with parents. Availability for 2–3 hour sessions, 2–3 days per week is needed.
