Deburrer Aerospace & Precision Manufacturing Location: Vaughan, ON Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary : $21 - $25 per hour Overview We are seeking an experienced Deburrer to support precision finishing operations in a high-performance aerospace and defense manufacturing setting.

This role involves hands-on deburring, polishing, and inspection of machined and sheet metal components, ensuring all parts meet exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Use hand tools to remove burrs from machined parts.

Operate sand blasting and tumbling equipment.

Grind and polish metal components to required finish.

Visually inspect parts for burrs, imperfections, and surface quality.

Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.





Follow all safety protocols during deburring operations.

Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications.

Perform other finishing and shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of deburring experience in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to perform microscopic deburring (preferred).

Familiarity with selecting and using appropriate tools for various materials.

Experience in aerospace, defense, or military manufacturing (preferred).

Previous jobbing shop experience is an asset.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
