Build & Commission Program and commission PLC/HMI systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) Write ladder logic, function block, and structured text Design electrical schematics and panel drawings Build UL control panels to CSA/ESA/OHSA standards Travel to client sites across the U.S. (and beyond) for commissioning and support Troubleshoot & Optimize Diagnose machine, PLC, and HMI issues in-house and in office Improve cycle times and throughput based on real customer feedback Provide support by phone, email, and in person Document & Comply Maintain version-controlled program backups and clear documentation Write operating manuals and startup procedures Champion LOTO and safety protocols on every job Requirements Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/PLC Technology 3+ years in industrial automation (PLC/HMI programming)
