Responsibilities: Handle specific customer accounts from order creation to delivery.

Track and trace orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.





Create and process orders efficiently.

Communicate proactively with customers to confirm pickup hours and appointments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.

Proactively identify and solve problems, taking initiative on available tasks.

Qualifications: 2+ years of relatedexperience in transportation or logisticspreferred.

Strong customer service andcommunication skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and a dynamic industry.
