You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on large-scale corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, while benefiting from the close relationships and flexibility of a human-sized firm. THE ROLE You will be required to: Participate in corporate and commercial transactions; Prepare documentation related to corporate reorganizations, turnovers, mergers, and acquisitions; Participate in due diligence and negotiations; Prepare corporate documents related to financing; Draft corporate agreements and shareholder agreements; Review memoranda tax matters; Advise clients and work directly with the various professionals involved in transactions.



THE DESIRED PROFILE Member of the Quebec Bar; 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law ; Experience in commercial law; Excellent writing and communication skills; Valuable organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor; Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines Simultaneously; Team spirit, intellectual curiosity, and initiative; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
