Job Title: General Labour - Assembler / Framing Location: Smiths Falls, Ontario (Onsite) Work Type: Temporary - Permanent Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (Hours may vary seasonally) Salary: $20 hourly plus 4% vacation pay Vacancy: Existing vacancy We are currently recruiting dependable, hardworking Framing Assemblers for a growing panel manufacturing operation in Smiths Falls, Ontario.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a collaborative production team.

Successful candidates will play a key role in the assembly of roof trusses while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards at all times.

The Role: Framing Assembler Assemble panels using hand tools, saws, and production equipment Read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints Meet established production and quality targets Perform quality checks on completed products Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and workplace standards Assist in various departments as required,



including outdoor work when necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Report to work prepared and on time each day Perform additional duties as assigned What Youll Bring Ability to operate hand and power tools, read a tape measure and follow verbal and written instructions accurately Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills including a reliable work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable transportation to Smiths Falls worksite Ability to work required shifts and overtime as needed Benefits & Environment This position offers, for the right candidate to be hired onto the clients team after completing their probationary period and based on their suitability for the role.
