Location: Up to 3 days onsite (subject to HM''s discretion) Description / Responsibilities / Skills Project Description modernize the Home and Community Care (HCC) digital ecosystem, reduce dependency on the CHRIS platform, and establish the technical foundations for a future-state home care platform. progressively decompose the platform''s monolithic architecture into modular, interoperable services that can integrate with next-generation digital solutions. procurement of three Senior Software Developers responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications and backend services. extensive experience with the Microsoft technology stack, modern web development frameworks, Azure cloud services, SQL Server, and API development.

Responsibilities Build responsive web user interfaces and implement secure authentication using JWT/OAuth2.

Develop high-performance, multithreaded, and asynchronous applications.

Develop, configure, and support Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, and monitoring solutions.

Develop and optimize SQL Server databases,



including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.

Perform application testing, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across application, database, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
