Our client is a joint venture between aviation and defence leaders to build a owrld-class military aircrew training program.

They are seeking a Leader, Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) to oversee and deliver innovative, integrated IM/IT solutions across this high-profile, multi-decade contract.

About the company: Joint venture to build a long-term military pilot traingin program.

Will deliver pilot, air combat systems officer, and airborne electronic sensor operator training.

Provides live-flying, simulator, and classroom training, alongside full operational, maintenance, and IT support across multiple locations.

What you will be doing: Lead the development and implementation of the organizations business systems and IM/IT infrastructure.

Manage IM/IT subcontractors, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

Oversee IM/IT infrastructure performance, security, and business continuity protocols.

Direct IM/IT policy development, compliance, and system integration across finance, quality, training, maintenance, and reporting systems.

What we are looking for: Senior IM/IT leaders with 10+ years in complex, large-scale program management.

Proven experience managing IM/IT contractors, suppliers, and large government contracts.

Strong leadership, organizational,



and decision-making skills with a background in defence, aviation, or training development.

Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering, IT business administration, or related field.

Ability to obtain and maintain all Security Clearances (Secret level) and other required access certifications.
