Kichton Construction LP is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for their Syncrude MLX Project near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic oil sands mining environment with a reputable company. Operators will be responsible for a variety of excavation and material handling tasks, supporting construction and reclamation activities. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, skilled with large hydraulic excavators, and able to work rotating shifts in challenging outdoor conditions. Perks & Benefits

Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators in mining, construction, or oil sands environments OSSA/BSO/CSO certification Hydrogen Sulfide Awareness or H2S Alive Silica Awareness OH&S; Legislation Awareness Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness Field Ergonomics Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) WHMIS Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and excavation layouts Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions Robust communication and teamwork skills Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and project schedules What Will Make You Stand Out
