We are a friendly family located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, close to the QEW and Glendale Avenue, looking for a dependable and responsible person to provide adaptable, occasional help with our two children, ages 12 and 13.

The schedule will vary depending on our familys needs and will primarily involve evenings and weekends.

This is not a guaranteed weekly schedule, so the position would be best suited to someone looking for flexible, supplemental work.

Responsibilities may include: Driving the children to or from school, activities or appointments Supervising them at our home Preparing or serving simple meals and snacks Helping them stay organized and follow their evening routines Occasional light cleanup related to meals or activities The successful applicant must have a valid drivers licence, a safe driving record, a reliable vehicle and appropriate automobile insurance.

Mileage incurred while transporting the children will be reimbursed.

We are looking for someone who is mature, dependable,



comfortable working with preteens and teenagers, and able to communicate clearly with us regarding schedules and transportation.

Childcare experience and references are required. CPR/first-aid certification and a current vulnerable-sector police check are strongly preferred.

Our home has pets, so applicants should be comfortable around friendly dogs and other household animals.

Compensation starts at $19 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement, with the possibility of an increased rate based on experience, reliability and qualifications.
