Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Product Planner to help identify new market opportunities and drive product strategy across multiple business units.

Your New Role

Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, andmercializing new products and product enhancements.

Acting as the Voice of the Customer, you will leverage market research,petitive analysis, customer insights, and industry trends to support business growth and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate current product and market opportunities.

Conduct market research,petitive analysis, and customer assessments.

Build business cases and strategic rmendations for leadership.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements.

Gather and translate customer feedback into product strategies.

Support product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, andpetitive activity.

Attend customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.

What You''ll Need to Succeed 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Planning, Business Development, Market Analysis, ormercialization.

Experience within truck products,



trailer products, heavy equipment, vocational vehicles, or industrial manufacturing environments.

Strong understanding of product life cycle management,mercialization, market penetration strategies, and revenue growth initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to bridge technical,mercial, sales, and strategic business functions.

Experience working with products such as hydro-excavators, vacuum tanks, rail conversion equipment, road/highway maintenance equipment, utility trailers, heavy haul trailers, grain trailers, or dump trailers is considered a strong asset.

Background in Business Development, Sales Development, Market Research, Engineering Design, Product Management, or Product Planning.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop actionable growth strategies.

Strong analytical and statistical capabilities with experience interpreting market, sales, and customer data to drive business decisions.
