CNC Programmer Our client is an established manufacturer of components for Aerospace, Defense, and Medical industries.

They are looking for a CNC Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role and Responsibilities: Program, set-up, operate and make necessary adjustments on CNC machines in order to produce quality parts with very tight tolerances.

Inspect and measure machined parts to ensure conformance to specifications using instruments such as CMM, Vision system, micrometer, caliper, and fixed gauges.

Maintain equipment, complete required production checks/logs, and replace broken/worn tools as needed.

Qualifications: Degree or diploma in a manufacturing-related field. 5+ years experience with programming,



setup and operation Certifications or licenses appropriate to manufacturing industry Must be experienced with multi-axis CNC machines.

Ability to develop part processing and manufacturing plans.

Ability to read blueprints.

Ability to read/understand CNC programs and layouts.

Programming experience including Mastercam, G codes, M codes required Exceptional problem solving skills.

Experience working with a variety of materials including advanced engineering plastics.

Ability to hold tight tolerances.

Ability to use inspection tools as needed.
