Mandatory Requirements 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Power BI: Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, creating interactive reports and dashboards and utilizing advanced features.

Proven experience producing reports from data from Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and Finance (F&O;).

Nice to Have Requirements Azure cloud certifications (e.g.

Azure fundamentals, Azure Power BI Data Analyst Associate) Dynamics 365 certifications Desired Skills and Experience Experience developing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.

SQL and Query Optimization: Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and troubleshooting query performance issues.

Development experience with Dynamics 365 and understanding of the Common Data Model for Dynamics.

Ops) for managing code, tracking changes, and collaborating with team members.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement: The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027.

Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract.

No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause.

The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.

Resumes Evaluation/Criteria: Criteria 1: Dynamics365 CE / F&O; Development and Reporting Experience - 25 Points Demonstrated hands on experience designing, developing, configuring, and extending Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions within enterprise IT environments, including: Experience implementing Dynamics365 CE configurations and customizations, such as: o forms, views, and dashboards o workflows, business rules, and process automation o security roles and data access configurations Development of custom components, plug ins, or extensions within Dynamics365 CE using appropriate technologies, such as: o C# / .NET o Java

Script Practical experience working with the Dynamics365 platform and Dataverse, including: o entity structure and relationships o data handling, validation, and integrity o platform extensibility capabilities Demonstrated ability to translate approved technical designs and user stories into functional, tested solution components in alignment with established architecture, security, and development standards.

Criteria 2: Power BI - 25 Points Demonstrated experience working Power BI, creating interactive reports and dashboards, configuring data gateways, utilizing advanced features such as DAX and Power Query.

Criteria 3: Data Integration and Extraction - 20 Points Demonstrated knowledge of various data integration techniques, including data extraction from different sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files), data transformation, and loading into a data warehouse.

Familiarity with ETL tools and technologies, such as Azure Synapse Proficiency in designing logical and physical data models, understanding relationships, defining hierarchies, and ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Criteria 4: Development Practices, Collaboration & Standards Adherence - 15 Points Demonstrated experience working within structured enterprise delivery environments, adhering to established development practices, standards, and collaborative team models, including: Experience following approved architecture, coding, and security standards when implementing solution components, rather than defining those standards.

Familiarity with CI/CD and Dev

Ops practices in enterprise environments, such as: o participating in build and release pipelines o using version control systems o supporting automated deployment or testing processes Experience working collaboratively within cross functional delivery teams, including: o developers, solution architects, business analysts, and testers o internal staff and external/vendor resources Ability to contribute effectively within iterative or enhancement driven delivery approaches, including: o adapting to evolving requirements o supporting ongoing refinements post MVP Demonstrated ability to document technical work, follow delivery processes, and communicate implementation details to support team alignment and operational sustainability.

Criteria 5: Data Warehouse/Lakehouse - 15 Points Demonstrated experience developing reports in a Data Warehouse/ Lakehouse.

Data Warehouse/Lakehouse Concepts: Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data governance.
