If you''re a Red Seal Plumber with strong field leadership experience and enjoy running projects from the ground up, this could be the next step in your career. $110,000 - $125,000 base salary Cell phone provided Pension plan Vacation pay Stable workload with balanced work hours Long-term growth opportunities opportunities What You''ll Be Doing: Leadmercial plumbing projects from start to finish Manage and mentor field crews while promoting a positive site culture Coordinate work with other trades including HVAC, electrical, and fire protection Monitor productivity, labour hours, schedules, and material usage Read and interpret drawings, specifications, site instructions, and change notices Ensure projects arepleted safely, on schedule,



and to a high standard of quality Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while supporting extra work pricing Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues in the field What We''re Looking For: Valid Red Seal or Journeyman Plumber Certification 3+ years of experience leading crews as a Foreman, Supervisor, or similar position Strong knowledge ofmercial plumbing systems and construction practices Ability to read and interpret mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings Experience deliveringmercial, institutional, mixed-use, or multi-residential projects Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities Why Join?
