Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and confident supporting executive leaders in a fast-paced environment.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support while handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Competitive salary of $60,000-65,000 Competitive advantages including 18 sick days, 2 weeks vacation to start, a health spending account for $1,000 after probation (Gateway Division), full benefits (dental, LTD, extended health) after one year, and a 3% RSP match after one year.
Responsibilities: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and priorities.
Coordinate and support Board, Executive, and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, minute-taking, and distribution of meeting materials.
Prepare professional reports, presentations, correspondence, communications, and other executive-level documentation.
Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reconciliations, and related administrative activities.
Research, analyze, and compile information to support decision-making, projects, reports, and organizational initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, organization, and executive effectiveness.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a senior executive, CEO, or executive leadership team in an Executive Assistantrole.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and anticipate executive needs.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to leverage technology to improve workflows and administrative processes.
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, work independently, and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
