Ops tasks based on production-style scenarios (CI/CD, containers, orchestration, IaC, monitoring, incident response) Write working reference solutions with clear setup and validation steps Review AI-generated output, identify failures,



and write precise corrections with reasoning Maintain a strict quality bar on correctness and reproducibility Share structured feedback that improves future task design Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in Dev

Ops, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure engineering Strong coding ability in Python, Go, Bash, or Type

Script (this role needs real code, not scripts alone) Practical depth in CI/CD (Git

Hub Actions, Git

Lab CI, Jenkins), Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, or Cloud

Formation) Advanced Linux and Git Professional English, written and spoken Availability of at least 20 hours per week Preferred qualifications Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Open
