We are hiring laborers with a passion for farming on our combination fruit and vegetable farm. While no formal education is needed, previous experience is an asset. Your day will involve physically demanding tasks, such as planting, sorting, and operating farm machinery while caring for our crops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack and sort fresh fruits and vegetables daily
• Plant, cultivate, and weed blueberry crops
• Apply fertilizers and manage irrigation systems
• Harvest fruits while ensuring quality for market
• Operate and maintain tractors and other equipment
Requirements:
• Previous farming experience preferred but not required
• Ability to handle physically demanding work
• Own transportation essential for getting to the farm
• Must be reliable and able to lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Distinguish colors for quality assessment
