You help maintain smooth daily service across all FOH areas, reinforce standards, and provide hands‑on support during busy periods. Working closely with the FOH Manager, culinary team, and golf operations, you ensure strong communication and seamless coordination. Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality help create a polished, welcoming atmosphere at the club.Purpose StatementTo ensure every dining experience is consistent, welcoming, and memorable.What you’ll doPartner with the FOH Manager to uphold culture, coordinate coverage, and maintain high service standards aligned with Purposeful Golf’s Core Values.Coach, train, and mentor staff to reinforce best practices.Lead and motivate the FOH team during daily operations.Build strong relationships with members, guests, colleagues, and vendors.Ensure all FOH areas are clean, organized,
